Where can I find a template or some guidelines to set up a security plan for setting up explosive storage magazines?
1.The contents required for the security plan are listed in Schedule 3 of the Dangerous Goods (Explosives) Regulations 2011 (available from http://www.legislation.vic.gov.au ).
2.Reference is also made to AS 2187 Explosives – Storage, transport and use and, for the purposes of these Regulations, comprising of –
(a) 2187.0 – Part 0 Terminology;
(b) 2187.1 – Part 1 Storage;
(c) 2187.2 – Part 2 Use of explosives
