Anthony Ockers joined Kinder in October 2018 as a Field Applications Specialist, a position that offered him the chance to grow his expertise and build strong connections with customers.

Looking back, he said, “I started in October 2018 as a Field Applications Specialist, and the role has given me great opportunities to expand my knowledge and take on new challenges over nearly seven years.”
From day one, he embraced opportunities to grow in his position while strengthening relationships with customers and colleagues.

Over the years, he has been involved in projects that have improved safety and efficiency for Kinder’s customers, with one achievement a stand-out.
“Helping design customised and efficient transfer points, resulted in a safer workplace and reduced overall running costs for customers.”
These projects are not just about technical problem-solving; they also demonstrate Kinder’s commitment to delivering solutions that support clients long-term.
He believes Kinder’s values are embedded in the way he and his colleagues approach every challenge.
“Just taking ownership of what I do every day and looking at solutions in a different way. Knowing if we don’t have an offthe-shelf solution, we have a team to help design a solution.”

“Even though I am customer-facing, it’s great knowing I have a complete team backing me at head office that can help with any request I have from Engineering, Accounts, Warehouse to collaborating with other territory managers – everyone is there to back each other, it’s a whole team effort.”
