Educating our Workforce

OVER the past few years the CMPA has built up relationships with a number of Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) who specialise in training relating to the extractive industry.

These RTOs provide industry with various avenues in which to train those entering the industry and provide additional skills for current personnel.

It may be difficult to find time to spare your employees for training, but in the long run you will be better off. Training not only provides your employees with skills that will enable them to more efficiently fulfill their position within your business, but also increases the overall safety and productivity of your business.
