In fact, we pride ourselves as being the Market Leading Company throughout Australia in the Supply and Service of Welding Consumables / Filler Metals / Tools / Abrasives and Welding and Safety Equipment including Welding Machine Servicing and Repairs.
WeldCo Solutions became an Associate member of the CMPA in 2016 and offers Training Courses in all types of Welding, in particular the unit on Cut, Weld and Bend Materials which is a part of the RII – Resources and Infrastructure Training Package. The Reference manual for this unit can be purchased from the CMPA and provides general information to site managers, employees, sub-contractors and suppliers, so that they can perform their work safely.
WeldCo Solutions other passion and aim as a Company, is to make every Workplace / Workshop Safe and Compliant through our Comprehensive Hazard & Risk Assessment in the Risk Assessing and Auditing of all Oxygen/Fuel Welding Equipment and Welding Machines including the assessing of Welding Surrounds (e.g.: Workshops / Storage Areas) where this equipment is used.

We come to you and complete the testing of all your equipment and environment on site.
- Book a WeldCo Solutions Consultant. A certified WeldCo consultant visits your site and collaborates closely with you to establish an appropriate testing assessment routine.
- The Consultant Commences Work On Site. Using our specialised App, the certified consultant carries out the required oxy/fuel & welding allied processes and equipment testing/environment procedures.
- We Complete a Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment. Our App ensures compliance, following the core requirements of the National Standards “systematic approach” – Hazard, Risk, Control, Report, Communicate & Review.
- Map Your Business Safety Requirements. The App also maps your business safety requirements based on all current National Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice and Australian Standards, guaranteeing the job is completed correctly to the highest safety standard.
- Achieve Safety Compliance. Your consultant will provide you a live report outlining your exact safety position, and on-site walk through to help maintain your safety compliance.
- Complete Workshop Management.
Our loyal customers are then supplied with a comprehensive report to help maintain their OH&S Compliance needs (e.g.: AS4839-2001) with the luxury of WeldCo Solutions maintaining their existing and previous reports for a minimum of 20 years.
